Travel lust
OK, so there's nothing bad or heavy to report. I am off tomorrow to the US to visit Tunde and the rest of the family in Florida and then friends and family in Washington DC. Hey Ho!
Since I finished the Potter book, I've been pretty much on the up and up, and the best thing that happened is that the chemo fog has lifted most of the time and I can focus. Miraculously I did all my accounting and other things that has been a nightmare all this year, and I leave with a clean slate. My accountant is very happy.
And, so am I. This is the first glimpse I have that perhaps I will have more energy in the future. It's been a real nightmare this sluggish mind and body. Good riddance, I say,and here's a picture I took recently with my mobile phone of Coogie Beach. Enjoy. I shall resurface from Florida. The airplane ride should be interesting and will be, hopefully, uneventful. I have protection stockings, sleeves and pills to prevent DVT and lymphaedema.
